PLEASE ONLY RECORD THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ON BOARDING VIDEOS ONCE. YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED AFTER YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR NOTIFICATION BUT THE ADMINISTRATION STAFF IN YOUR HOSPITAL WILL BE INFORMED.
